Lev Medical is an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to guiding patients and their families through the most difficult moments of a serious medical diagnosis. When a health crisis strikes, families are often left overwhelmed — unsure which specialist to see, which hospital to trust, or how to navigate a complex and unforgiving healthcare system. That is where we step in.

Our team connects patients with world-renowned physicians and leading medical centers across a wide range of specialties, from cardiology and oncology to rare and complex conditions. Beyond referrals, we provide hands-on advocacy: securing urgent appointments, coordinating second opinions, assisting with insurance challenges, and standing beside families at every step of their journey.

Lev Medical was founded by Mrs. Pessie Schlafrig and is powered by a devoted team of medical advisors, case coordinators, and volunteers who serve the community around the clock — because emergencies keep no office hours. Our services are provided free of charge, sustained entirely by the generosity of our donors.
