Lev Medical is a nonprofit organization that helps patients and families navigate serious, complex, and rare medical situations. We are not a health care provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this website creates a physician-patient relationship.
What we collect
If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, your phone number, and your description of your situation. That is all the contact form asks for. If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us.
Like most websites, ours also receives basic technical information from your browser, and we use standard website analytics to understand how pages are used.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to you and to help with the situation you described. We do not sell your information.
Donations
Donations are processed through a third-party donation form, not by this website. When you donate, the information you enter — including any payment details — is handled by that third-party provider under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
