We help manage communication between your child's doctors and hospitals, so there is one plan of care. Our records team gathers past scans, reports, and records from the doctors and hospitals that have treated your child. When you're told to wait for an appointment, our appointment expediters go to work, and we can help arrange a second opinion with a doctor who knows that kind of case.

If your child needs to move to a different hospital, our transfer and transport team coordinates between facilities. If insurance says no, our insurance advocates step in.
